・商品代金以外の必要料金：消費税(国内発送)、関税(国外発送)、梱包送料(日本国内一律税込880円、国内発送は税込10,000円以上のお買い上げで送料無料、国外発送は送り先により異なります)
・引き渡し時期：お支払いから5営業日以内に発送。但し、製品発売直後やご注文が集中した場合等は、納品までに通常より長い時間がかかることがあります。恐れ入りますが、予めご了承のほどお願いいたします。
・梱包送料には運賃、梱包資材費、梱包作業費を含みます。原則として国内配送は宅急便、宅急便コンパクト、ネコポスを使用し、国外配送はEMSを使用します。荷姿や送り先によって選定しますので一任をお願いいたします。
・お支払い方法：クレジットカード決済(VISA、マスターカード、アメリカンエキスプレス、JCB)、Apple pay、Google pay、Shop pay、PayPal、Paidy(携帯電話番号とメールアドレスによる後払い)
・返品・交換・キャンセル：商品発送後の返品・キャンセル等はお受けしかねます。商品に不具合のある場合のみ良品と交換させていただきます。なお、交換用の良品が欠品・廃版の場合は返金させていただきます。
・返品期限：商品到着より7日以内に要連絡。
・返品送料：不良品の場合は当方にて負担いたします。それ以外の場合はご負担をお願いいたします。
・適格請求書：todoroは適格請求書発行事業者ではないため、適格請求書を発行することができません。適格請求書発行事業者登録番号の入っていない領収書でしたら発行が可能です。

- Expenses other than the product price
Consumption tax (shipping within Japan), tariff (shipping outside Japan), packing and shipping fee (It takes 880 yen in shipping within Japan, this is including consumption tax . If your purchase is higher than 10000 yen, shipping fee is free within Japan. If you want to deliver outside Japan, shipping fee depends on the destination.)
- Packing shipping fee
Packing shipping fee includes fare, packing material costs, and packing work costs. As a general rule, we use Takkyubin, Takkyubin Compact, and Nekopos for deliveries in Japan, and EMS(Express Mail Service) for deliveries outside Japan. We will select according to the packaging and destination, so please leave it to us.

- Returns, Exchange and Cancel
We can not accept returning, exchanging and canceling after we deliver the products shipping company. If the products are defective, we will exchange it to good one. If good one is out of stock, we will refund.
- Return deadline
You need to email us within seven days after you received products including the day the products arrived.
- Return shipping fee
Only if the products are defective, we will take on the shipping fee.
- Government-approved qualified invoice
Todoro is not a government-approved qualified invoice issuing business, so we cannot issue government-approved qualified invoices. Receipts that do not have a qualified invoice issuing business registration number can be issued.
